Who we are. Herbs Song is a Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture clinic at 125A High Street, West Wickham, Kent BR4 0LT. You can contact us on 0208 776 2479 or at herb-song@hotmail.co.uk.

What this website collects. The contact form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry. Appointments are booked by phone, not through the website. Please do not include detailed health information in the form; we will discuss anything medical with you by phone or in the clinic.

How the form reaches us. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form handling service, and passed to us by email. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries as the legal basis for this.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking. We ask before we set anything that is not needed to make the site work. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, which sets cookies in your browser. If you decline, none are set. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google; Google may record your IP address as part of serving that request.

Links to other services. Links to X, Facebook and Google Maps take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
